By making a reservation, requesting a rate quote, accessing our website, or opting into our mobile communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Transportation Services & Reservations

  • Booking Requests: Reservations may be submitted online, via phone, or via email. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and written confirmation by Matrix Chauffeured LLC.
  • Accuracy of Details: You are responsible for providing accurate passenger names, flight information, contact details, pickup locations, and drop-off destinations. Matrix Chauffeured LLC is not responsible for service delays caused by inaccurate information provided by the client.
  • Behavior & Conduct: Passengers are expected to maintain respectful behavior. We reserve the right to terminate service without refund if passengers engage in illegal activity, physical or verbal abuse, or pose a safety risk to the chauffeur or vehicle.

2. Fees, Payments, & Cancellations

  • Rates & Billing: Rates are calculated based on service type (hourly, point-to-point, or airport transfer), vehicle class, and special requests. Applicable tolls, parking, airport fees, and gratuities will be detailed during checkout or on your final receipt.
  • Payment Authorization: By providing a credit card, you authorize Matrix Chauffeured LLC to charge all incurred fares, fees, tolls, wait time charges, and damage fees associated with your reservation.
  • Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation policies vary depending on the vehicle class and service requested. Specific cancellation windows and applicable fees are outlined during the booking process or in your booking confirmation email.

3. Mobile Messaging & SMS Terms (10DLC / TCPA Compliance)

By checking the opt-in box on our website form or verbally agreeing over the phone to receive SMS/MMS messages from Matrix Chauffeured LLC, you agree to the following messaging terms:

  • Message Purpose: Text messages sent by Matrix Chauffeured LLC are transactional and operational in nature, including booking updates, chauffeur dispatch notifications, driver arrival alerts, vehicle details, and customer support inquiries.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your booking activity and reservation interactions.
  • Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan.
  • Opt-Out Instructions (STOP): You can opt out of receiving SMS communications at any time. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any text message received from us. You will receive a single confirmation message verifying your unsubscription.
  • Customer Support (HELP): If you need assistance regarding text messaging, reply HELP to any message or contact customer support directly at https://matrixwcs.com/contact/.
  • Privacy & Non-Sharing Statement: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. User Intellectual Property & Website Use

All content on https://matrixwcs.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and website layout, is the exclusive property of Matrix Chauffeured LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Matrix Chauffeured LLC is not liable for service disruptions, delays, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including traffic congestion, severe weather conditions, road closures, flight delays, or vehicle mechanical breakdowns.
  • In any event, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific reservation giving rise to the claim.
